Hope Lovell
Hope Lovell is the CEO of LoveJoy Rehabilitation Centers, a non-profit organization
dedicated to supporting individuals with special needs through residential care, rehabilitation,
and training around community integration. Since co-founding the organization in
2007, she has expanded the organization’s programs to include an ex-offender mentoring
program that serves 3 counties, and over 50 beds providing assisted living, intensive
residential care, and independent living apartments located between Detroit, MI and
Lansing, MI. Additionally, she has led the organization in ascertaining its CARF
(Commission on Accreditation for Rehabilitation Facilities). In 2010, Mrs. Lovell
started a Medicare-certified adult day program and outpatient clinic serving older
adults and individuals with disabilities. This company known as Grand Mere’s Adult
Day Club is located in Lansing, MI. It is Grand Mere’s mission to give our members
and their families an improved quality of life by offering opportunities for socialization
and health services under one roof. She gives back to her community through her involvement
in her local church, Tabernacle of David, her involvement in Women in Action WIN,
and Jack and Jill. Mrs. Lovell received her Bachelors’ in Finance from MSU and her
Masters’ in Public Health from the University of Michigan. For fun, the Lovell’s enjoy
golfing, traveling, and boating in the beautiful lakes of Michigan.
