Recommendation Request Forms

As you are applying to summer programs, scholarships, graduate or medical school, you may consider asking a staff member for a letter of recommendation. To make the process easier, we utiltize a formal process.  Please complete one of the files below and email to NatSci.DrewScholars@msu.edu.

All requests for letters of recommendation must be submitted using one of the forms below. Drew staff members receive and accept multiple requests for recommendations and in order to accommodate the many requests we require recommendation requests be submitted at least a month in advance of application due date.  No request is guaranteed to be honored, regardless of the date requested.
