Drew Scholars Chosen as 2015 - 16 REPID Scholars

The Research Education Program to Increase Diversity in Health Researchers (REPID) program is designed to increase the number and diversity of researchers in health-related research by providing an inspiring and supportive environment for accomplishment and advancement. The program is developed and directed by Dr. Elahe Crockett, a faculty member in the Department of Medicine in the college of Human Medicine at Michigan State University. Dr. Crockett is the 2014 recipient of the Individual Sustained Effort toward Excellence in Diversity Award. Students chosen as REPID scholars will be matched with faculty mentors, enroll in a biomedical research course in the spring and participate in research during Summer 2015. The following Drew Scholars were chosen as REPID scholars for the 2015 - 16 academic year:
